Home Prices Still on Downward Trend Nationally

Looks like prices for housing are going down all over the country.  The good news is that this is regional in nature.  Here in Jacksonville the inventory is somewhat stable.  In fact, in St. John’s County the inventory has reached about a six month level which is approching a “normal” market.  That being said, we are not completely out of the woods but with the prices that are available and the interest rates hovering around 4% there is a great opportunity to pick up a really good house in the area for a very good price.
